24-Hour Telephone Banking

24-Hour Telephone Banking is a quick and easy way to check account balances, transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments and check your most recent deposits and withdrawals.

Signing-up for 24-Hour Telephone Banking is automatic. When you open an account you are automatically assigned a four-digit security code which is the same as the last four digits of your social security number.

To activate Telephone Banking simply call call 608-588-3399 or 1-888-699-BANK within 30 days of account opening to access your accounts.

On your first call you'll be prompted to change your pre-assigned security code. To do so, simply enter your assigned security code followed by the # sign.

You'll then be prompted to enter a new security code of your choosing.
