Judy serves as a mortgage lender for our Barneveld and Arena offices. She began her career in banking in 1988 learning the loan department from the ground up. She joined us in Barneveld in 1999 and stepped into the role of mortgage and consumer lender. Judy loves helping new borrowers work through the buying process toward home ownership and she enjoys working with existing home owners to figure out a plan to save them money. When Judy is not at work she stays busy with her husband, Dan, managing their home farm in rural Dodgeville where they harvest crops and raise beef cattle. She is also a proud mother of two children and grandmother to three. -

Eric Drachenberg, a familiar face at the bank, joined us in the fall of 2021 as an Ag Lender. Eric has been involved in farming his entire life and currently lives and crop farms in Arena. He is well acquainted with the bank and our customer base thanks, in part, to his experience serving on our Board of Directors. Eric is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He grew up on a livestock and crop farm outside of Arena, WI and has operated his own farm, with his wife Jan, for the last 30 years. Eric has been heavily involved in the community all of his life. He is the former Arena Fire Chief and served as an EMT there for almost 20 years. -

Ben serves as a Location Manager and Personal Banker at our Barneveld branch. He has been in the banking industry since 2016. Before turning to banking, Ben attended UW-Oshkosh and where he received his bachelor’s degree. He lives in Highland with his wife and three children. Ben serves as a member of the Youth Ministry Planning Team at New Heights Lutheran Church where he actively participates with the Youth ministry program. Stacy's main objective is to make the process of buying and borrowing for a home as easy and smooth as possible. She enjoys guiding customers through the home buying process whether it's their first time buying or a refinance. Stacy grew up in Black Earth and currently lives in Mazomanie with her husband, Jeff. They have two children. When she is not at work, Stacy enjoys spending time boating on the Mississippi River with friends and family. -

Derek graduated from Edgewood College with a degree in business management and has over five years of experience helping customers achieve their financial goals. He is an avid sports fan and in his free time enjoys watching the Packers, Badgers, and the Cubs (we don’t hold it against him). Jay, a native of Dodgeville, joined The Peoples Community Bank in 2012 and has been in the banking industry since 2003. He is a graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics-Finance. Prior to joining the bank, he was a commissioned bank examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and, prior to that, an examiner with the State of Wisconsin, Department of Financial Institutions. He also holds the designation of Registered Investment Adviser. Away from the bank, Jay enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. -

Tom serves as our Chief Credit Officer. His primary duties include supervising the credit function of the bank while also working with our Commercial and Ag customers. Tom is originally from Prairie du Chien where he grew up and worked on his family farm. He later went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a degree in Finance. Tom has worked in the credit and lending industry for the past 30 years, with the majority of that time being in community banking. He and his wife Sue reside in the Mazomanie area. They have two adult sons who also live and work in the area. In his free time, Tom enjoys spending his time outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking. -

In 2013, she had the opportunity to start helping businesses with their lending needs. Bridget joined The Peoples Community Bank in 2022. She loves helping business customers find custom solutions for their lending needs. She has been involved in many different organizations in leadership roles and is looking forward to getting involved in the local communities. Bridget lives in Lodi with her husband, Brian. They have two grown children. When not at work, Bridget enjoys spending time on the lake in the summer and exploring new Wisconsin Supper Clubs. Ashley and her husband, Will, reside in Fitchburg with their daughter, Brooklynn, and son, Tyson who keep them busy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying out new restaurants and cheering on her kids at their sporting events. -

Candace is originally from Green Bay, WI. She attended Edgewood College where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business. Candace and her husband, Peter, have three grown children, Quinn, Grace and Olivia, and have made their home in Mazomanie for 33 years. Tom was born and raised in Richland Center, graduating from Richland Center High School in 1985 before attending nearby UW-La Crosse where he earned a bachelor's degree in finance. He has been working with commercial and ag customers in the Richland Center area for over 16 years. Tom has four daughters; Morgan, Mckenna, Mallory, and Mara. He serves his community as treasurer for the Knights of Columbus and as a member of the finance council for his parish. In his free time, Tom stays busy hunting, fishing, and golfing as well as supporting his daughters at their various school events. -

After high school he attended college in La Crosse where he earned his degree in Finance. Tom began his banking career in 1990 and joined The Peoples Community Bank in 2014. He has been an important part of the growth that our Richland Center office has experienced. We sure appreciate having him here and, based on the number of customers that he sees on a daily basis, it looks like they like having him around as well. Tom and his wife, Jane, an RN at the Richland Hospital, make their home in the Richland Center area. When not tied to his desk, Tom enjoys spending time muskie fishing and bow hunting. -

Kevin is the bank’s President & Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for strategic planning and oversight of all bank operations. Kevin started his career in banking in 1994 and in 2008 went on to earn a degree from the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. He’s served on multiple committees for the Wisconsin Bankers Association including the Leadership Development Committee, Mortgage Lending Committee, and currently the Government Relations Committee. He was a volunteer fireman and EMT for over 12 years and has served as a board member for several charitable organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of West Central Wisconsin, the Tomah Chamber of Commerce, and currently the Community Foundation of South Central WI. Kevin and his wife, Heather, along with their three boys, Maverick, Isaac, and Grant enjoy staying active. They’re very involved in sports and love spending time as a family camping, hunting, and traveling. -

David has a bachelor's degree from UW-La Crosse and a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison. He lives in his hometown of Arena where he is very involved in the community. He serves as vice president of the Mary Jones Memorial Fireworks Fund and is on the board of directors for the Spring Green Area Chamber of Commerce. When he's not at work, David stays active playing on a number of coed volleyball and softball teams. He’s also an avid Wisconsin sports fan, rarely missing a Packer, Badger or Brewer game. -

Quinn is Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer at the bank. Quinn is from Mazomanie, where he attended Wisconsin Heights High School. He received a BSBA in Finance from Valparaiso University in Indiana and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at UW Madison in August 2020. He now resides in Mineral Point with his husband, Mike and their cat, Liza. When Quinn is not at the bank, he is the Director of Music Ministries at Grace Lutheran Church in Dodgeville and spends his weekends traveling around the state looking for the next best supper club to try. His favorites include Timmerman’s Supper Club in Dubuque, & The Dorf Haus in Roxbury. He and Mike have an appreciation for the local artistic culture in the Driftless Region of the state & frequently volunteer at the Shake Rag Center for the Arts in Mineral Point. -

Joy started her career in banking as a customer service representative in our Plain office. Over the course of ten years she has served in many different roles, ultimately stepping into her current position as personal banker and location manager in our Spring Green office. She says that her favorite part of her job is the people she gets to see and work with on a daily basis, both customers and coworkers alike. Prior to her work at the bank, Joy earned her bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management from UW-Oshkosh. She began her career in retail and finance managing women’s clothing stores, followed by a time as financial manager for a local cheese factory. Joy and her husband, Lew, also owned and operated their family grocery store, Phil’s Supermarket, in Plain for over 25 years. She resides outside of Plain with her husband and together they have two daughters, Nicole and Aly. -
